Orange County Asian and Pacific Islander Community Alliance

OCAPICA provides multilingual health, youth, workforce, housing, and advocacy supports for Asian and Pacific Islander and other underserved communities across Orange County. The main Garden Grove office is at 12912 Brookhurst St., Ste. 410.
