WISE and Healthy Aging operates the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program for Los Angeles County nursing homes and residential care facilities for the elderly. Certified ombudsmen investigate complaints, educate residents about rights, and make unannounced facility visits. This pathway is for facility residents, not a general in-home dispute service.
