Irvine Chinese Immersion Academy is a tuition-free public charter authorized by Irvine Unified, offering Mandarin-English immersion for TK through 5 on a year-round calendar at 1 Liberty in Irvine. There is no admission fee, and the school does not currently provide transportation.
