Queens Center for Gay Seniors

LGBTQ+ older adults can drop into the Queens Center for Gay Seniors on weekdays in Jackson Heights for affordable meals, free transportation, exercise, art and writing, workshops, trips, social connection, and access to wider Queens Community House services. Monday through Friday hours and the 77th Street address are published.

Members can also give back through volunteer opportunities, while other residents can apply for QCH food-pantry, friendly-visitor, and job-club roles. The center is a borough LGBTQ+ older-adult home base.

Visit during weekday hours for meals or programs first, then ask about member or QCH volunteering if you want to help.
