R.A.I.N. Bronx Case Management and Meals

R.A.I.N. case managers serve homebound Bronx residents age 60 and older in Community Districts 7, 8, and 12, coordinating transportation, housekeeping, home care, meals, and benefits from the White Plains Road office. Exact district eligibility is published.

Its city-funded meal program offers eligible residents daily hot delivery or twice-weekly fresh-frozen delivery after assessment by a NYC Aging-funded case management agency. Meals follow that assessment, not a walk-in request.
