WIADCA’s New York Caribbean Junior Carnival brings youth masquerade bands through Crown Heights on September 5 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The route begins at Kingston Avenue and St. John’s Place, follows Franklin Avenue and President Street, and ends at the Brooklyn Museum.
