Historic Richmond Town’s 46th Richmond County Fair runs September 5 through 7 from noon to 8 p.m. daily. The Labor Day weekend fundraiser celebrates Staten Island business, culture, and community through vendors, performances, competitions, and a Culture Crawl of local arts, cultural, and social-service organizations.
