Flanbwayan supports newly arrived Haitian immigrant youth ages 14 to 21 with high-school enrollment, adjustment to the school system, leadership development, and culturally and linguistically responsive guidance. It serves English Language Learners but does not present its work as a dual-language school, making it a clearer fit for newcomer navigation.
