Flanbwayan Haitian Literacy Project supports newly arrived Haitian immigrant youth ages 14 to 21 with high-school enrollment, adjustment to the school system, leadership development, and culturally and linguistically responsive guidance from its Clarendon Road base in Flatbush. It serves English Language Learners without presenting itself as a dual-language school.
