Montefiore Einstein HERO Dads

Montefiore Einstein HERO Dads provides free, voluntary group workshops for custodial and noncustodial fathers, expectant fathers, and connected couples or co-parents. Bronx-focused programming is available in English and Spanish and covers parenting, co-parenting, communication, stress, and financial stability.

Families can call, text, or email directly; the official page does not require insurance or a provider referral. Expectant fathers are explicitly eligible, which helps before the baby arrives.
