Care Parent Network

Care Parent Network gives Contra Costa families free help with early-intervention transitions, preschool and K-12 special education, IEP preparation, and post-meeting questions. Staff are parents of children with special needs, which shapes the peer-to-parent tone.

Spanish-language support groups and pages are available, and meeting attendance may be offered for emotional support after consultation. Use Care when you want preparation and steadiness around the meeting, not a paid advocate by default.

Reach out before the IEP date if possible, and ask about Spanish support if that is the language your household needs.
