Care Parent Network gives Contra Costa families free help with early-intervention transitions, preschool and K-12 special education, IEP preparation, and post-meeting questions. Staff are parents of children with special needs; Spanish-language support groups and pages are available, and meeting attendance may be offered for emotional support after consultation.
