PARCA's REACH program provides licensed before- and after-school care for children with and without developmental disabilities, ages 4 years 9 months through 13. The San Bruno program publishes an 8:1 ratio that may drop to 3:1 by need, plus homework help, multicultural activities, and a June-through-August day camp.
