Bellevue Downtown Park
10201 NE 4th St, Bellevue, WA 98004
Bellevue Downtown Park is the low-effort Eastside date: grab takeout, claim a spot on the ten-acre lawn, and let the skyline (and Mount Rainier on a clear day) do the heavy lifting. The half-mile tree-lined promenade, formal gardens, public art, and big waterfall-and-pond feature give you plenty to stroll after you eat.
The park stays open until 11 p.m., with restrooms, picnic tables, pathways, two nearby parking lots, and public Wi-Fi. City pages treat it as drop-in friendly, so you do not need a reservation for a simple two-person outing.
If the weather turns, you are already next to downtown Bellevue restaurants. If it holds, stay for blue hour and walk the promenade once more before you head home.
