Northwest Railway Museum

Northwest Railway Museum in Snoqualmie pairs the free historic Depot (open daily 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.) with a paid Railway History Campus and seasonal train excursions through the upper valley. The free depot alone is enough for a short multigenerational stop.

Campus admission has been about $5 to $10 and is often included with train tickets. Watch for published free Wednesday Train Shed entry windows if budget is tight.

Decide before you leave home whether you are buying a train ride or just doing depot plus campus. Valley parking and weekend crowds are easier when everyone agrees on the plan.
