Tacoma-Pierce County Nurse-Family Partnership pairs eligible first-time parents who enroll before 28 weeks of pregnancy with a nurse for home visits through the child's second birthday. Visits cover pregnancy support, baby care confidence, and longer-term family goals.

The before-28-weeks enrollment rule is the hard deadline, so do not wait until the third trimester to ask. Request support online if you think you qualify, then use the maternal-child health contacts for eligibility questions.
