Margaret McCormick Social Hall at the Center at Norpoint gives Northeast Tacoma couples a hardwood-floor community hall with an outdoor patio. Outside caterers are welcome, and a full kitchen (two stoves, two ovens, fridge, freezer) can be added by the hour.

Scale flexes: the full hall reaches about 250 people, while a published half-hall setup seats about 80 at tables (up to 110 standing). The center states it is ADA accessible and lists about 200 parking spaces. Hourly rates are posted for weekdays versus weekends, with a four-hour minimum.
