Lynn Canyon Park

Walk to the free suspension bridge and canyon viewpoints when you want North Shore scenery without a ticketed gate at 3663 Park Road. Lynn Canyon Park is open dawn to dusk, and Ecology Centre admission is by donation.

Crossing the bridge is free, with about 30 steps to the bridge. Trails and the bridge are not accessible by stroller or wheelchair. Seasonal pay parking is about $3 per hour, and transit tips are published on the Ecology Centre site.

Keep the first-date walk short and exit at the cafe area or Ecology Centre if energy drops. Choose Capilano instead only when you want the fuller paid canyon circuit.
