Orange County Adult Protective Services, within the County Social Services Agency, takes 24-hour reports of suspected elder or dependent adult abuse in community settings. For abuse in a licensed long-term care facility, the County directs callers to the Long-Term Care Ombudsman. Call 911 for life-threatening emergencies.
