OCTA OC ACCESS Paratransit

OC ACCESS is Orange County Transportation Authority's ADA complementary paratransit for riders whose physical or cognitive limitations prevent independent use of OC Bus. Service operates within three-quarters of a mile of fixed-route service during comparable hours. Applicants complete a paper application and an in-person functional assessment.
