NYC Aging Connect

Aging Connect is NYC Aging's citywide information and referral line for older adults, caregivers, families, and community members. Aging specialists connect callers with neighborhood services, including case management, meals, transportation, caregiver help, legal assistance, and older adult centers.

New York State identifies NYC Aging as the aging office serving the five boroughs, and the city Service Finder covers the same service categories online. Callers should confirm each referred program's eligibility, language access, and current capacity.
