NYC Aging In-Home Services

NYC Aging-funded case management agencies assess residents age 60 and older for supports that can include personal care, housekeeping, home-delivered meals, and friendly visiting. A neighborhood agency completes phone intake and an in-home assessment before authorizing services.

Medicaid recipients are not eligible for the NYC Aging-funded home-care benefit, and some services may involve a contribution or income-based fee. This is the non-Medicaid city pathway.
