San Francisco Aging and Disability Resource Centers
San Francisco's city-funded Aging and Disability Resource Center network connects older adults, adults with disabilities, and caregivers with case management, benefits and paperwork help, food, transportation, in-home care referrals, housing, and medical navigation. Institute on Aging states that the network serves adults age 60 and older and adults with disabilities age 18 and older.
Neighborhood ADRCs publish site-specific languages, so the right first call depends on where you live and which language you need. Use the official directory or coordinator rather than assuming every site offers the same language desk.
Start with the nearest ADRC for paperwork and referrals when you do not yet know which specialized program fits.
