Children's Discovery Museum of San Jose

Children's Discovery Museum of San Jose is a full indoor play and learning day for mixed ages, with infants under 1 admitted free. Adults and children ages 1-59 are about $22; seniors about $20; qualifying EBT or SNAP visitors are $5 each for up to four.

The museum offers sound-reducing headsets, a quiet room, wheelchair-accessible exhibit spaces, and limited-attendance Play Your Way evenings for autistic children ages 2 to 15. A VTA light-rail station sits on Woz Way beside the museum.

Use Play Your Way when a quieter visit is the goal, and take light rail if downtown parking feels like the hard part.
