Fitzgerald Marine Reserve and Dardenelle Trail

The marine reserve protects tide pools with crabs, sea stars, mollusks, fish, and other intertidal life. Its separate Dardenelle Trail provides a 0.3-mile, fairly level route through cypress and riparian habitat, with paved and soil surfaces and an official disability-accessible designation. Tide-pool access itself varies with tides and shoreline conditions and is not represented as wheelchair accessible.
