Parents Helping Parents Special Education Support

Parents Helping Parents provides free one-to-one guidance, webinars, and practical preparation for IFSP, IEP, and 504 meetings. Education specialists serve Santa Clara and San Mateo families (and additional counties named on the provider site).

Staff support is available in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese, with other languages arranged with advance notice. Use PHP when you need meeting prep and rights navigation, not a school placement lottery tip sheet.

Book one-to-one help before a high-stakes IEP date, and request language support early if English is not the meeting language you want.
