Kirkland's Peter Kirk Community Center offers dedicated access days and bilingual support for Chinese, Latino, and Russian/Ukrainian older adults. Programs include social and recreational activities, English classes, hot lunch access, outreach, and help understanding housing, health insurance, transportation, and other resources.

The city is explicit that the center does not provide respite, adult day health, or personal care. Participants who need hands-on assistance should attend with an escort.
