The UW Memory and Brain Wellness Center's Memory Hub offers dementia-focused education, support groups, wellness programming, and free Memory Navigator appointments for people with memory loss and caregivers. Current navigator appointments are available in Chinese or English, while caregiver groups and classes may be in person, online, or by phone and can require registration.
