The Memory Hub Caregiver Resources

The UW Memory and Brain Wellness Center's Memory Hub is a dementia-specific community center with education, support groups, wellness programming, and free 30-minute Memory Navigator appointments for people with memory loss and caregivers. Navigator appointments are available in Chinese or English.

Caregiver groups and classes may run in person, online, or by phone and often require registration. Powerful Tools for Caregivers and other workshops appear on a changing schedule.

Book a Memory Navigator slot when you need a short orientation, then register separately for any standing group. Do not assume walk-in availability at 1021 Columbia St.
