Washington State History Museum offers interactive state history that plays well for school-age kids, teens, parents, and grandparents on a rainy day. Ticket bands cover adults, seniors, youth, and free ages 5 and under.
Accessibility is explicit: elevators to every floor, automatic doors, free loaner wheelchairs and walkers, and complimentary caregiver admission. Museums for All runs about $1 per person or $2 per family; third Thursdays 3 to 8 p.m. are free.
