Immigrant Services Society of BC helps newcomers settle, learn English, study, and find work across the province. The Vancouver Welcome Centre at 2610 Victoria Drive is its main Vancouver contact point.

Permanent residents, refugees, refugee claimants, naturalized citizens, temporary workers, and international students may all appear in the client mix, but each program keeps its own rules. Offices exist around Metro Vancouver and farther afield, and the organization asks you to book before you show up.
