Recovery Day BC

Recovery Day BC is a free street festival about mental health, substance-use recovery, and community support on Saturday, September 12, from noon to 6 p.m. The Uptown New Westminster event combines information booths and speakers with live music, food, and an all-ages kids zone.

The organizer lists face painters, clowns, magicians, balloon art, and four music stages alongside health and recovery organizations. Everyone is welcome, whether they come for resources, solidarity, or the public celebration.

Agree on a meeting point before separating for music or resource booths. Keep children with an adult in the kids zone while another adult visits service tables.
