Los Angeles County Aging and Disabilities is the Area Agency on Aging for Planning Service Area 19. It plans and funds Older Americans Act services for older adults, caregivers, and adults with disabilities throughout Los Angeles County outside the City of Los Angeles, which has its own AAA. The Information and Assistance Call Center is the front door for meals, caregiver support, HICAP, legal assistance, and other contracted programs.
