NYC HIICAP Medicare Counseling

NYC's Health Insurance Information Counseling and Assistance Program provides free, confidential help with Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medigap, prescription coverage, EPIC, Medicare Savings Programs, and Extra Help. Trained counselors assist beneficiaries and families by phone or at sites around the city.

Counseling is objective, but it does not guarantee enrollment, eligibility, savings, or a coverage decision. HIICAP is the state's Medicare counseling network for New York City.
