Legal Assistance for Older New Yorkers

NYC Aging contracts free civil legal services for city residents age 60 and older in all five boroughs and in the language each client needs. Help can include advice or representation concerning housing, foreclosure, utilities, guardianship, abuse, consumer fraud, benefits, and long-term care. Scope and representation depend on legal intake and case acceptance.
