Alzheimer's Services of the East Bay Hayward Daytime Care

Alzheimer's Services of the East Bay's Hayward center provides adult day health care focused on people living with memory decline. A multidisciplinary assessment informs an individualized care plan, with ongoing family communication and reassessment.

ASEB also publishes a Family Support Program and caregiver support-group contacts separate from the day program itself. That caregiver track is useful even when day-care enrollment is still in process.

Contact the Hayward center for assessment, and ask about family support groups if caregiver education is the more immediate need.
