Family Bridges' Hong Lok Senior Center offers adults age 55 and older classes, workshops, exercise, health education, field trips, celebrations, and social connection at two Oakland Chinatown sites. Staff are bilingual in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. Participants must be independent or attend with a care attendant, which clearly separates this center from adult day care.
