Hong Lok Senior Center

Family Bridges' Hong Lok Senior Center offers adults age 55 and older classes, workshops, exercise, health education, field trips, celebrations, and social connection at two Oakland Chinatown sites. Staff are bilingual in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

Participants must be independent or accompanied by a care attendant. That independence rule matters if you were hoping for supervised day care; Hong Lok is a senior-center model, not CBAS.

Visit for activities if the person is independent enough for the center rules, or ask Family Bridges about Hong Fook CBAS when supervision is required.
