Open Arms provides free perinatal and early-parenting support for income-qualified birthing people in King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties, with limited enrollment outside King County. Services include culturally matched doulas, prenatal and postpartum home visits, lactation support, childbirth and parenting education, resource navigation, and support offered in nine languages.

Cost: Free for families who meet stated income qualifications
