Perinatal Support Washington Warm Line and Dads Group

Perinatal Support Washington runs a free call-or-text Warm Line for parents and family members seeking peer support, provider referrals, and help navigating perinatal mental-health resources. Interpreters are provided, and Spanish is available.

The line is answered live about 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday; evenings and weekends, leave a message for a return call within about 1 to 12 hours. You can ask to talk with a dad specialist or LGBTQIA+ peer support when that match matters.

Its calendar also lists a weekly virtual group for self-identifying dads and fathers-to-be through their child's second year. Start with 1-888-404-7763 if you need a next step more than a class brochure.
