PHFE WIC

PHFE WIC, a program of Heluna Health, provides no-cost healthy foods, nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and family resources for eligible pregnant people and caregivers of children under 5. Appointments are available by phone, video, online, and in person across many Southern California sites.

The service area includes Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Bernardino County. Families can call 888-942-2229 or text 91997 to schedule, and the program promotes online breastfeeding support groups and WIC classes.

Use WIC early in pregnancy when you can, not only after birth. Confirm your closest clinic hours once your appointment format is set.
