The NYC Breastfeeding Warmline provides free virtual help with infant-feeding questions from certified lactation counselors. Support is available in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole, with interpretation for other languages.

New Yorkers call directly on weekdays or leave an after-hours message with contact information and ZIP code. No insurance, WIC enrollment, hospital affiliation, or provider referral is required.
