NYC Newborn Home Visiting Program

The Newborn Home Visiting Program provides no-cost in-person and virtual visits during a baby's first three months, with community health workers and access to nurses, social workers, and lactation professionals. First-time parents qualify in listed Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens ZIP codes.

Separate citywide routes cover eligible NYCHA, ACS, and shelter families, and shelter access can apply in any borough. Families call directly to determine eligibility; insurance and provider referral are not required.
