NYC Citywide Doula Initiative

The Citywide Doula Initiative provides no-cost doula support through partner organizations in all five boroughs. Eligibility depends on living in a listed TRIE ZIP code and Medicaid income eligibility, or living in a shelter or foster home; income-eligible pregnant teenagers can qualify citywide. Families contact the borough partner directly and should confirm current language matching, capacity, and exact ZIP eligibility.
