NYC Nurse-Family Partnership

NYC Nurse-Family Partnership provides no-cost nurse home visits in all five boroughs for first-time parents who enroll by 28 weeks of pregnancy and are eligible for Medicaid or WIC, though enrollment in either benefit is not required. Support continues through the child's second birthday.

Eligibility is regardless of age, immigration status, or gender identity. Parents can apply directly by phone or email; a provider referral is optional rather than required.
