Postpartum Resource Center of New York Helpline and Peer Navigation

The Postpartum Resource Center of New York offers free confidential emotional support, peer coaching, education, and referrals to health care and support groups for New York parents, including mothers, fathers, and families. Its statewide helpline operates daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Spanish support is documented, and Language Line covers other languages. This is navigation and peer support, not crisis counseling; insurance and clinical referrals are not required.

Call the helpline when you need help finding the right group or provider, and use a crisis line if immediate safety is the issue.
